Eligibility
INELIGIBLE CANDIDATES:
- those under 18 years old (tattooing of a minor is illegal in New York State)
- those with diabetes, have healing disorders, uncontrolled high blood pressure or had mitral valve disorder
- any skin disease symptoms or irritation on or around eyebrows
- directly after botox (2 month waiting period)
- using Accutane, Isotretinoinor, or other stronger retinoids (wait 6 mo - 1 yr)
- directly after waxing (4+ days after)
- undergoing chemotherapy / active cancer (doctors clearance may be necessary)
- pregnant or lactating
- people with glaucoma and people taking blood thinning medications (ex. aspirin)
- people with allergies to color/pigments/dyes/topical anesthetics
- those with transmittable blood conditions like HIV or Hepatitis
- are a hemophiliac
- pacemaker
- those on any skin medication such as roaccutane, steroids, which thin and makes skin over sensitive
- AHA’s (lactic, glycol, citric, retinoid and tantric acids) other OTC creams and lotions for tone correcting, anti-aging, exfoliating, fading, can discolor your permanent makeup)
- flu, sinus/respiratory infection or cold (stay home and reschedule)
